    I work at a restaurant in NYC that uses the valve room of the apartment building it resides in as a storage room for such things as alcohol and other supplies as well using it for server locker and changing area. Is this legal and is it dangerous.
    I believe so that it may also so be a desaster waiting to happen because there is only on exit there. so people would get trappped if a fire or some othe tragedy where to happen.
